About the role
This role involves using planning systems to develop and manage a capacity plan for product demand within stated capacities, and analyzing demand and supply gaps to mitigate shortages.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with IE/External Management to develop capacity planning in Capacity Workbench system.
- Prepare weekly start plans and monthly forecasts for External manufacturing sites.
- Monitor factory performance (Starts/Outs, Lagging, Start Compliance) and drive recovery plans.
- Follow up with IE for CAPEX ramp-up plans and document capacity changes.
- Conduct high-level demand and supply analysis for demand allocation adjustment.
- Establish business processes among planning groups or across departments/sites.
What you'll need
- BS/BA in Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Data analysis skills (Excel, SQL).
- Multi-tasking ability.
- Ability to adapt within an ever-changing environment.
Nice to have
- Capacity planning experience.
- ERP Software experience (SAP, JDA, Oracle system).
- Working experience in semiconductor industry.
