About the role
This role involves supporting AMD server Independent Hardware Vendor (IHV) partner networks and enabling joint reference architectures and solutions.
What you'll do
- Enable validation and performance optimization of AMD server CPU's with partner products.
- Drive closure of open technical issues leveraging partner and AMD engineering resources.
- Develop system level (hardware and software) solutions and technical value proposition on joint partner enabled solutions.
- Author/co-author technical collateral (app notes, tuning guides, whitepapers) with partners.
- Create detailed requirements and co-develop joint partner demos and proof of concepts.
- Develop automation tools, scripts, and AI-assisted debugging solutions to improve support effectiveness.
What you'll need
- Bachelors or Masters degree in electrical or computer engineering.
- Understanding of server technology, trends, system solutions and software.
- Understanding of PCIe, CXL, and memory hardware technologies.
Nice to have
- Technical experience in the server industry and knowledge of multi core processors.
- AI-assisted debugging, automation, and knowledge management solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams from multiple departments.
