About the role
As a member of the HPC system software engineering team, you will design and build software running large-scale deep learning or image processing workloads on clusters. The role supports the LS-SWIFT division's wafer inspection systems used in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Design and build software that runs large-scale deep learning or image processing workloads on a cluster. - Work with the product team to ensure software meets customer requirements, delivered at high quality and on-time. - Develop and maintain infrastructure and software necessary for large-scale experimentation and deployment of HPC solutions.
What you'll need
- Master's level degree plus 5 years of experience. - 4+ years of experience building core-product software. - Strong proficiency in Object Oriented Design and Programming in Java or C++. - Experience developing and troubleshooting in a Linux environment. - Strong understanding of multi-threaded, multi-process, and distributed systems.
