About the role
This role involves developing and improving system level product engineering methodologies for semiconductor chips. You will work on creative solutions for system level diagnostics, verification, and post-silicon validation.
What you'll do
- Solve complex testing challenges at System Level Test (SLT).
- Develop new methodologies for reliable chip testing at SLT.
- Perform characterization, yield enhancement, and spec validation.
- Partner with ASIC, DFT, ATE, silicon validation, fab process, software, and quality teams to resolve silicon issues.
- Initiate and drive process improvements/preventative actions through root cause analysis.
What you'll need
- BSEE or MSEE degree (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of relevant product engineering work experience or similar hardware systems background.
- Strong technical skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Problem solving experience/ability.
- Ability to contribute as an individual and as a member of a highly productive team.
Nice to have
- HBM/GDDR Memory experience.
- Software skills for large scale data analysis, such as Python.
- Experience with PC architecture, PCIe busses, and DRAM/DDR.
