About the role

As the System Electrical Domain Architect, you define and steer system-level, domain-specific architectural direction and act as the decisive authority when domain performance, risk, and interface conflicts arise between sub-systems. You define end-to-end electrical system architecture across subsystems including power, SEM e-beam control, signal, safety, and EMC.

What you'll do

- Define end-to-end electrical system architecture across subsystems including power, SEM e-beam control, signal, safety, and EMC, translating system requirements into robust concepts and design principles. - Deliver system-level domain-specific SEG documents, define domain-specific PBS items, and provide technical input for design rules. - Perform electrical trade-offs and steer design decisions across modules and functions while mitigating technical and architectural risks early in the development cycle. - Align architectural requirements with MDU domain architects and technical leads to optimize work breakdown across SE and D&I teams. - Lead EMC-aware system design and root-cause analysis for complex electrical issues across development, industrialization, and field phases. - Ensure electrical system compliance with regulatory, internal, and customer standards, including NFPA, IEC, SEMI, CE, SEC common specifications, and customer p-specs.

What you'll need

- BS in engineering or a relevant technical field. - 10+ years of experience defining and realizing architecture within the electrical domain. - Proven experience as a Domain Architect responsible for a function across different sub-systems or business lines. - Proven capability defining end-to-end electrical architecture across subsystems covering power, SEM e-beam control, signal, safety, and EMC. - Expertise in grounding, shielding, signal and power integrity, and EMI mitigation techniques. - Knowledge of regulatory and internal compliance standards including NFPA, IEC, SEMI, and CE.

Nice to have

- MSc or PhD in a relevant technical field.
