About the role

SanDisk is seeking a System Design Engineer to focus on memory system design for HBF-based products within the Emerging Technology Solutions group. The role involves developing NAND Flash products targeting AI infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Execute memory system design for HBF-based products.
• Manage and execute HBF stress tests.
• Verify and characterize HBF management algorithms on actual systems.
• Contribute to product development within the Emerging Technology Solutions group.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in EE, ECE, E&I, VLSI, or other relevant field.
• Knowledge of programming in high-level languages (e.g. C, C++, Python).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI server hardware/software frameworks.
• Knowledge of LLM algorithm.
• Knowledge of Flash memory.
