About the role
This role involves developing and validating hardware service solutions focused on plasma and thermal chambers. You will work on Sym3 etch hardware performance improvements across engineering, vendors, and field teams.
What you'll do
- Work with customers, field teams, and business units to identify service high-value problems (HVPs) on plasma tools. - Identify required design changes needed to improve hardware performance. - Work with engineering teams and vendors to prototype and test hardware. - Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on engineering experiments. - Analyze test results and generate technical marketing reports to demonstrate value to customers.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, plasma, or related discipline. - 5+ years of Sym3 etch hardware experience. - Experience with problem solving, root cause mechanism development, and validation. - Technical presentation and communication skills.

- Product development experience.
