About the role
This entry-level role is for a technical engineer focusing on the ATNPI Assembly process, responsible for setting up, validating, and risk detection to meet project quality, cost, yield, and delivery.
What you'll do
- Take full ownership of assigned processes, mitigating risks to meet project quality, cost, yield, and delivery.
- Provide technical advice regarding process design, tooling design, and process control to reduce risk to quality, yield, cost, and delivery.
- Review build diagrams of new products and derivative products for compliance to design rule specs, manufacturability, and lessons learned.
- Review, validate, and accept/reject design concepts for new product introduction from the design review APQP Phase zero.
- Ensure project documents, engineering reports, work instructions, OCAP procedures, process parameters, and tooling drawings are reviewed and finalized before product release.
- Conduct training for manufacturing, process engineers, technicians, operators, and trainer designees before line validation or line certification.
What you'll need
- Master degree.
- Graduated within 2 years.
- Fluent English speaking with good writing.
- Strong team communication and teamwork skill.
