About the role
This role involves providing emulation infrastructure and automation support within the central SoC digital hardware organization, ensuring the overall quality of the SoC.

- Support custom hardware/server configuration
- Interface with IT teams to triage and resolve issues
- Develop scripts/programs to increase system efficiency
- Remediate issues
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience OR Associate's degree and 5+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience
- Familiarity with systems administration
- Experience with Linux and Windows OS
- Understanding of computer networks
- Experience with automation and IT systems design
- Basic hardware knowledge (compatibility between computer components)
- Proficiency in Python or Perl
- Basic software and hardware troubleshooting skills
