About the role

As a Supply Chain Capacity Planner, you will assess supplier capacity risk and influence commodity teams to improve Lam Research's responsiveness to customer demands. This role is part of the Global Operations Supply Planning Team, which supports global business operations including supply chain and logistics.

What you'll do

• Drive preplanning for ramping products, including supply vs demand preplan analysis and recommendations.
• Act as a critical point of contact with Supply Chain stakeholders to identify and mitigate supplier capacity risks.
• Create and maintain commodity-specific capacity models to drive constraint plans for build-plan and spares requirements.
• Conduct supply vs demand analysis, identify risks, and perform simulations using Kinaxis and SAP planning systems.
• Support ongoing business process development and improvements, including Kinaxis enhancement testing and documentation.
• Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Understanding of supply planning and advanced planning systems, such as Kinaxis and SAP.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for business decisions.
• 3+ years of related experience in project management or program management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Supply chain and material planning knowledge.
• Familiarity with planning systems, such as Kinaxis and SAP.
