About the role

The Supply Chain Business Manager (SBM) manages cable subcomponents to ensure continuity of supply, operational excellence, and supplier performance.

What you'll do

Own the operational relationship with cable subcomponent suppliers and act as the primary point of contact for supply chain matters.
Monitor and improve supplier performance through key metrics, including on-time delivery, consignment program, lead time, inventory, quality, and responsiveness.
Drive supply continuity by proactively identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and leading recovery actions.
Conduct regular supplier business reviews to assess operational health, capacity, demand readiness, and improvement opportunities.
Analyze Supply vs. Demand (SvD), backlog, forecast, and inventory data to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
Lead escalation management for supply constraints, shortages, and delivery issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or Operations Management.
Minimum 10 years’ related experience in development, management, and improvement of supplier performance metrics such as OTD, Consignment and Leadtime.
Excellent stakeholders’ management, negotiation, and solid written/oral communication skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
Familiarity with semiconductor or high-technology supply management practices, standards and organization.
Experience in managing cable subcomponents, connectors, pins/sockets, wire.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
