About the role
This role involves managing annual strategic planning, reviews, and program portfolio management for the Joint Operations Leadership Team (JOLT), focusing on shaping operational strategy and driving strategic initiatives.
What you'll do
- Manage JOLT annual strategic planning & reviews (SR), quarterly business reviews (QBR), and internal senior leaders’ forums.
- Develop and own strategic program trackers, scorecards, and dashboards to provide performance visibility.
- Identify functional connections, opportunities, and initiatives by partnering with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, BU operations, AGS operations, and Global Quality organization.
- Organize and coordinate JOLT executive reviews, governance forums, ensuring clear action tracking and accountability.
- Conduct strategic analysis and research on semiconductor industry, emerging technology/business, and industry trends to inform executive decision-making.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a complex environment.
- Advanced AI fluency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to have
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and business operations in semiconductor industry.
- Program management experience.
- Experience in business strategy, operations, and analytics.
