About the role
This intern role focuses on developing Artificial Intelligence tools for the automation and knowledge capitalization of EMC/ESD engineering activities within the EMC/ESD team in Toulouse.
What you'll do
- Investigate the AI tools available within NXP and identify opportunities for EMC/ESD activities.
- Develop scripts and automation tools to simplify repetitive analysis, reporting, and data management tasks.
- Design intelligent workflows facilitating access to technical knowledge and structure a knowledge base.
- Develop AI assistants to support engineers in daily activities like document search, analysis support, and report generation.
- Participate in EMC/ESD projects to acquire technical context and evaluate the performance of developed solutions.
What you'll need
- Engineering student or Master’s degree student (M.Sc., final year) specializing in Electronics, Microelectronics, Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), Programming Languages, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.
- Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Basic knowledge of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and/or Electrostatic Discharge (ESD).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning, Generative AI, or data processing techniques.
- Ability to manipulate, structure, and analyze technical data.
Nice to have
- Good level of English for international collaboration.
