About the role
This intern role focuses on advanced receiver architecture for ultra-high data rate wireless communications. You will contribute to developing innovative solutions for millimeter-wave wireless technologies.
What you'll do
- Analyze existing communication architectures and identify limitations at multi-Gbps data rates.
- Investigate innovative receiver architectures for improved sensitivity, robustness, and energy efficiency.
- Develop behavioral or system-level models to evaluate proposed concepts.
- Translate the selected architecture into circuit-level specifications.
- Implement selected circuit architecture at schematic level and evaluate performance through transistor-level simulations using industry-standard IC design tools.
- Document results and provide recommendations for further research and potential silicon implementation.
What you'll need
- Last year of electronics engineering school.
- Good understanding in analog/RF design disciplines, receiver, MOS technology.
- Knowledge of Cadence, Virtuoso, Maestro.
- Fluent in English language both oral and written.
