About the role
This role involves supporting analytical services, specifically Imaging & Preparation, and performing sample preparation activities for new and existing development and technology projects.
What you'll do
- Perform sample preparation for development and technology projects.
- Support analytical services, including Imaging & Preparation.
- Maintain analytical equipment to ensure good condition.
- Ensure compliance with 5S and safety rules for all machines, equipment, and workstations.
- Dispose of chemical waste and critical waste.
What you'll need
- Diploma in Mechatronic, Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant engineering field.
- Passed SPM, including Maths & English subjects.
- Minimum 6 years of QM Failure Analysis related experience from semicond manufacturing.
- Knowledge in semiconductor backend process.
- Ability to work in 12-hour shifts (Day/Night: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am).
