About the role
This role involves spearheading operational excellence for high-performance AI compute systems and data centers. You will own the end-to-end system schedule for design and engineering improvements to wafer-scale engine supercomputers.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end program schedules for engineering improvements, including comprehensive program plans, schedules, material plans, and validation plans.
- Work with stakeholders in product management, quality, reliability, supply chain, and executive teams to define program strategy and requirements.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring program deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Act as the single-threaded owner across product, engineering, supply chain, and software to manage detailed and high-level product planning.
- Develop and implement new processes to improve team efficiency as the business scales.
- Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and procurement teams to coordinate component sourcing, vendor management, and logistics.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics, related scientific/engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on hardware, embedded SW, and product planning.
- Strong understanding of hardware design processes, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing workflows.
- Strong understanding of the intersection of software and hardware, and how hardware changes affect software workflows.
- Proven experience effectively managing project priorities across diverse hardware, software, product, and operations disciplines.
- Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
