What you'll do
- Develop and execute product-level test solutions to meet cost and quality targets.
- Design methodologies for design-for-test and design-for-debug to enhance test coverage.
- Oversee product test program, flow, and data collection development from NPI through mass production across global teams.
- Investigate qualification and yield issues during NPI, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Build and support scalable test software infrastructure to enable automation and AI-assisted flows.
- Develop methodologies to deliver ATE test programs, validation, and debug activities while analyzing test data to improve quality and yield.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of experience in memory or system-level product or test engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of Product Engineering and Product Development processes.
- Strong understanding of PCIe, System Architecture, ASIC, and fundamentals of NAND flash operation at the device level.
- Working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, product lifecycles, and qualification processes.
- Experience with DFT techniques, data analysis tools, and scripting languages such as Python, C, or C++.
- Hands-on experience in system and memory testing, including failure analysis using oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers.
