About the role
This role focuses on uncovering root causes of errors in products, driving improvements, and implementing solutions to ensure high standards of quality, reliability, and performance. You will build and iterate tools for AI-Agent (copilots, workflows) and conduct user pilots.
What you'll do
- Build and iterate tools for AI-Agent (copilots, workflows) and conduct user pilots.
- Overlook the end-to-end cycle for AI/ML products from ideation to deployment.
- Lead the technical development of AI/ML tailor-made solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering to drive automation in semiconductor development and reliability.
- Discover and prioritize use cases with business stakeholders, mapping current vs. target processes.
- Define success metrics and hypotheses, setting clear acceptance criteria and guardrails.
What you'll need
- Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- About 4 years of relevant experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong technical skills in Python (including NumPy and PyTorch) and Git.
- Applied AI knowledge covering LLMs, prompt and tool design, agent orchestration, and evaluation methods.
- Skilled in process and workflow design for automation and AI, supported by data literacy to define KPIs, design experiments, and interpret results.
- Experience in semiconductor technologies or related fields.
Nice to have
- PhD.
- German language skills.
