What you'll do
- Design and evolve core business application platforms that manage products, versions, organizational models, identity, and service status. - Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, shape roadmaps, and deliver features. - Build, deploy, and operate containerized services on Kubernetes using repeatable, environment-aware automation. - Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate testing and enforce security standards. - Implement actionable observability (metrics, structured logs, and distributed tracing) to support proactive monitoring. - Define and validate high-availability and disaster recovery strategies through testing and documentation.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering. - Strong programming capability in Python, JavaScript, and scripting languages such as Shell and/or PowerShell. - Proven ability to design and operate reliable, scalable, secure service architectures, including performance tuning. - Strong working knowledge of Linux environments, core networking principles, and disciplined troubleshooting of distributed systems. - Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tooling, plus at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies and tools. - Exposure to machine learning or AI technologies and ability to apply them thoughtfully to improve operational workflows.
