About the role
The DragonX automation team is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design and develop large-scale software and automation solutions for data center chipset and platform validation. The role focuses on developing automation infrastructure for test orchestration, resource management, test execution, results analysis, and failure triage across pre-silicon and post-silicon environments.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software for data center chipset and platform test automation. - Build solutions for test orchestration, job automation, resource management, test execution, monitoring, results processing, and failure analysis. - Develop software and backend services using Python, REST APIs, databases, distributed systems, and modern web technologies. - Design reusable APIs and automation frameworks that enable integration of new chipsets, workloads, platforms, and test environments. - Troubleshoot problems spanning software services, automation infrastructure, compute resources, test environments, and target platforms. - Contribute to architecture decisions, conduct code and design reviews, and provide technical guidance and mentoring to other engineers.
What you'll need
