About the role
This individual leads the development, creation, and modification of general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
What you'll do
- Lead the planning, development, creation, and modification of general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Lead cloud migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration optimization.
- Monitor cloud systems for performance, reliability, and cost, and implement improvements as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams on cloud technologies and best practices.
- Perform code reviews on project team's submitted solutions and communicate and implement a development plan.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related degree field.
- Seven (7) years of progressive experience in a related occupation.
- Experience with the development, creation, and modification of general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
- Ability to analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
- Experience designing software or customizing software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
- Experience storing, retrieving, and manipulating data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.
