About the role
This role involves designing multi-site hardware and software solutions for semiconductor test, optimizing production yield, and developing ATE characterization and qualification solutions.
What you'll do
- Design multi-site hardware and software solutions for low test time and minimized production costs
- Optimize and monitor production yield
- Develop robust and precise ATE Characterisation and Qualification solutions
- Collaborate with IC design engineers to define test methodologies and lead Design for Test initiatives pre-silicon
- Drive continuous improvement across the organization
What you'll need
- Professional experience in mixed-signal test engineering
- Strong expertise in semiconductor testing and development on IC production automated test equipment
- Advanced knowledge of PCB layout and schematic design
- Hands-on experience with a wide range of bench equipment
- Deep understanding of analogue, digital and mixed-signal electronics
- Experience working in a commercially driven organization within a product development environment
Nice to have
- Development experience on Teradyne UltraFLEXplus or other IG-XL platforms
- Programming skills in Python and Visual Basic
- Familiarity with data analysis tools, such as JMP or Spotfire
- Experience with PCB schematics design software (Cadence Allegro, Altium)
- Understanding of audio and/or power management test techniques
