About the role
As part of Micron's Core Data Center Business Unit (CDBU), you will lead NAND DID products from early technology definition through qualification, production ramp, yield improvement, and end-of-life. The role involves shaping go-to-market strategies for enterprise customers and defining NAND technology, including Storage Next and High Bandwidth Flash.
What you'll do
- Own the lifecycle of NAND DID products, from technology definition and qualification through production ramp, yield improvement, and end-of-life.
- Lead cross-functional product reviews, assess technical and business risks, and drive decisions that support schedule, cost, quality, and performance goals.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for enterprise NAND customers, including product positioning, pricing, supply planning, customer qualification, and roadmap alignment.
- Lead pathfinding for NAND technologies and develop PPAC (performance, power, area, cost) scorecards and technology glidepaths to guide investment and development decisions.
- Use AI-assisted analysis and market, customer, and competitive intelligence to inform product mix, technology roadmaps, pricing, and positioning.
What you'll need
- Experience managing semiconductor, NAND, memory, storage, or related technology products across the product lifecycle.
- Technical knowledge of NAND technology, semiconductor development, manufacturing, product qualification, or enterprise storage.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs across engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, operations, or customer teams.
- Experience translating technical, market, and customer requirements into product or technology decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience with NAND product management, technology development, enterprise storage, or data center products.
- Knowledge of NAND architecture, PPAC analysis, yield maturation, product qualification, and semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience developing technology roadmaps and evaluating competitive and market trends in the NAND industry.
- Experience working with enterprise customers, SSD product teams, industry analysts, or standards organizations such as JEDEC.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to analyze customer, market, competitive, or technology data and support product and roadmap decisions.
