About the role
This role is for an Equipment Maintenance Technician specializing in Implant equipment within the semiconductor industry. You will be supporting and improving factory performance and maintaining implant equipment.
What you'll do
- Support and participate in a Safety, 5S, and Standard Work culture.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve the area and factory performance.
- Interact with team members to solve problems and fulfill manufacturing objectives.
- Make routine decisions based on area priorities affecting production material and equipment.
- Work with shift leadership and other maintenance technicians to drive team success.
- Document maintenance performed.
What you'll need
- Familiarity with Implant equipment, including Varian VIISta, VIISion, E500, Vista810 Implanters, and Mattson Plasma Stripper 200mm.
- 5-7 years of experience in an Equipment Maintenance role within the Semiconductor industry.
- Ability to work in a Class 1 clean room environment.
- High focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and 5S culture.
- Capable of demonstrating analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, and 5-why).
- Able to follow preventative maintenance and Standard Work procedures.
Nice to have
- Associate of Applied Science degree (A.A.S.), or technical trade school certificate.
