About the role
As a Staff Engineer Technical Marketing in the Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, you will work directly with customers to support product adoption and technical alignment. The role focuses on MOSFET product-to-system validation, planning, hardware design, and Go to Market execution.
What you'll do
- Perform MOSFET product-to-system validation, planning, hardware design, execution, interpretation, and technology fit assessment. - Act as the technical customer interface at the product level. - Support MOSFET Go to Market activities to drive design-wins, including on-site customer visits. - Create technical product collateral, including application notes, whitepapers, and training materials. - Translate customer and validation insights into requirements and guidance for development projects and support execution. - Deliver technical product training to internal and external partners.
What you'll need
- Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field. - Professional experience within the power electronics or semiconductor industry. - Experience with high-frequency, high-current DC/DC & AC/DC converter designs for SMPS, telecom, or datacenter applications, including lab skills for testing and debugging. - Hands-on experience working with hardware and lab equipment such as power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and thermal cameras. - Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Background in circuit design, layout, and proficiency using simulation tools such as SPICE and MATLAB.
