About the role
This role involves the development of wafer-level semiconductor transistor devices within the Research & Development team. A key focus is on device development for automotive power technologies.
What you'll do
- Develop wafer-level semiconductor transistor devices for automotive power technologies.
- Simulate and model semiconductor devices using TCAD Sentaurus software.
- Define and design test-chip structures for device characterization and validation.
- Evaluate and measure test structures at wafer level using DC wafer probers and TLP measurement systems.
- Define and monitor reliability parameters for manufacturing process control.
- Analyze device performance and reliability data to ensure compliance with automotive quality standards.
What you'll need
- Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in semiconductor transistor/device development, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of semiconductor technologies, device characterization, and development processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a technical R&D environment.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- German language skills.
