About the role
This role involves designing analog and mixed-signal system blocks for DC-DC converter power stages and POL ICs. This includes defining requirements for analog and mixed-signal blocks, aligning them with IP Module architecture, and ensuring compliance.
What you'll do
- Design analog and mixed-signal system blocks of DC-DC converter power stages and POL ICs including POR, Bandgap, LDO, Oscillators, drivers, current sensing, and test modes.
- Assist in defining requirements for analog and mixed-signal blocks, aligning them with IP Module architecture, and ensuring compliance through documentation.
- Provide support to physical design engineers, post-silicon validation, production testing, and other critical activities.
- Communicate with cross-functional/interdisciplinary teams to ensure awareness of design team assumptions and progress.
- Balance innovation with execution to ensure timely project delivery.
What you'll need
- Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, microelectronics, or comparable with a focus on electronics.
- 5+ years of experience in Analog IC design with a proven track record of delivering high-performance DC-DC converter Power IC solutions.
- Good analytical skills and a very good understanding of Analog Design, including biasing, small signal and large signal analysis.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design verification and simulation tools.
- Understanding of process technologies and device behavior for high voltage, high power operation and reliability.
Skills: analog IC design, DC-DC converter, power IC, biasing, small signal analysis
