Design and develop complex analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, including PLL, mixers, amplifiers, and ADC/DAC.

About the role

This role involves leading the design and development of complex analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. You will provide technical leadership on critical projects and contribute to architectural decisions for circuits such as PLL, mixers, amplifiers, ADC/DAC, and LDO.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop analog and mixed-signal ICs, performing block and transistor-level design, simulation, evaluation, and debugging.
  • Collaborate with system/architecture, layout, product engineering, test, applications, and software teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, including work review.
  • Contribute to new theories, methods, and architectural approaches for design challenges.

What you'll need

  • Expert-level ability to design and analyze complex analog circuits, including PLL, amplifiers, or ADC/DAC.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative circuit architectures.
  • Advanced proficiency with simulation tools such as SPICE, MATLAB, and Cadence Design Suite.
  • Deep understanding of physical IC layout considerations and experience optimizing layouts.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CMOS circuit design principles and implementation techniques.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 7 years of relevant experience in analog circuit design.
  • Design experience in FinFet.
  • Lab skill in high frequency measurement using spectrum analyzer.
  • Publication record or patents in analog/mixed-signal design.

Skills: analog and mixed-signal ICs, PLL, mixers, amplifiers, ADC/DAC, LDO
