About the role
This Staff Engineer role involves RTL development, verification, and DFT expertise for complex Memory and IO subsystems, including BIST.
What you'll do
- Develop and verify RTL for Digital subsystems and Memory Subsystems, including BIST.
- Implement Memory Digital Subsystems using Tessent/Embedded MBIST.
- Verify and sign-off MBIST, ATPG, and RSQ.
- Perform formal verification, Cross Clock Domain checks, and Power/Timing sign off.
- Verify complex Digital subsystems using OVM and UVM methodologies, creating verification suites independently.
What you'll need
- Hands-on experience with RTL and Synthesis.
- Hands-on experience defining ICC/Synthesis constraints for timing closure.
- Familiarity with DFT flows, including MBIST, ATPG, RSQ, and DFT verification methodologies.
- Familiarity with Spyglass, LEC, CDC, and Synthesis tools like DC Ultra and Fusion Compiler.
- Proficiency with Verilog NC and Verilog XL tools.
- Strong fundamentals in digital design and coding/verifying complex RTL subsystems.
