About the role
This role involves leading the delivery of critical modules from development into high-volume manufacturing within Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P). This position drives sourcing, industrialization, and manufacturing readiness for the EUV Source product roadmap.
What you'll do
- Represent Strategic Sourcing & Procurement within a cross-functional Module Delivery Unit (MDU) leadership team.
- Drive timely supplier selection and contracting in alignment with business and product roadmap needs.
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities with selected suppliers through industrialization and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) ramp-up.
- Apply Early Supplier Involvement and Concurrent Engineering principles to enable scalable, affordable, and robust designs.
- Manage supply chain deliverables through key decision gates of ASML’s Product Generation Process.
- Identify and resolve supplier constraints and bottlenecks across multi-tier supply chains.
What you'll need
- Degree in engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience, including extensive experience in supply chain, NPI, and program management, preferably in high-tech, low-volume environments.
- Strong background in industrialization, supply chain, or sourcing.
- Proven risk management experience.
- Senior stakeholder management experience.
- Fluent in professional English.

- Master’s degree.
