About the role
This role involves designing, verifying, and characterizing high-performance memory. You will contribute to the development of infrastructure, tooling, and deliverables for memory IP, and create custom memory optimization solutions.
What you'll do
- Implement PPA (Power, Performance, Area) data to create design kits.
- Create systems to optimize SRAM memory solutions for System on Chip (SoC) designers and streamline the memory selection process.
- Analyze, summarize, document, and present results to colleagues and internal stakeholders.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field(s) and graduating between Fall 2027 and Summer 2028.
- Scripting (Perl, Python, Bash) in a command line environment.
- Experience working in a Linux environment.
- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub).
Nice to have
- Experience with Functional programming (Clojure desirable) and Java programming.
- Familiarity with SRAM architecture.
- Basic circuit-design skills (digital logic, transistor fundamentals).
- Previous experience in the semiconductor industry.
