About the role
This role involves designing and implementing custom digital circuits for SRAM. Your designs will strongly influence CPU, GPU, SoC, Neural Engine, and Camera designs within Apple's Custom Silicon group.
What you'll do
- Design and implement custom digital circuits for SRAM design. - Define architecture/topologies optimizing for power, timing, area, and yield. - Perform schematic capture, simulations/analysis, and margin verifications. - Work with the layout team to create optimal GDS. - Verify extracted GDS meets design specifications. - Write RTL, validate use-cases, and verify against design schematics.
What you'll need
