About the role
The Sr Test Tech will be responsible for product setup on the ATE, scheduling, probe card management, facilities management, and ATE management.
What you'll do
- Set up products on ATE for wafer sort and package test
- Enter products in a spreadsheet for scheduling and tracking
- Manage probe cards and ATE, including calibrations and repair
- Support facilities management of CDA, vacuum, chilled water, nitrogen, and DI water
- Manage ATE spares inventory
- Schedule Prober maintenance and PMs
- Support shipping and receiving
What you'll need
- GED or associate degree
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
