About the role
This role involves defining and validating system-level solutions for server power products in the AI server market.
What you'll do
- Conduct market survey and define power products and specifications for the server power market.
- Design and develop proof-of-concepts and reference designs of power solutions for the server market.
- Perform system-level analysis for power integrity, thermal performance, and fault response.
- Create application notes and reference designs demonstrating new products.
- Support customers and internal teams with design reviews and debugging for product adoption.
- Develop calculators, simulation models, and datasheets for new product releases.
What you'll need
- Master's or PhD in Electrical or Electronics engineering with 10+ years experience.
- Strong expertise in power electronics, including DC-DC converters.
- Hands-on experience with PCB schematics/layout and CAD tools.
- Expertise in control theory and feedback loop analysis.
- Familiarity with power integrity analysis and simulation tools (PSpice, Simplis, MATLAB).
- Skilled in lab debugging and validation techniques.
- Experience with generating collateral like datasheets, user guides, and training & promotion materials.
Nice to have
- Experience with server/telecom power architectures.
- Experience with digital communications protocols like I2C, PMBus.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and application notes.
