About the role
This role involves leading product engineering activities for yield and cost improvement from low volume to high-volume manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Lead product engineering activities, yield and cost improvement.
- Design and implement process-oriented and data-driven production methods to guarantee product quality.
- Own test coverage by analyzing and calculating production test limits, guard bands, and final datasheet specifications.
- Work with Design and Test Engineering to develop robust product screening at wafer-probe and package levels by designing test hardware and implementing RF tests.
- Work with Operations and Planning to drive on-time delivery according to the production backlog.
- Provide product engineering support to all customer returns, working with Quality engineering.
- Support on-going characterization and qualification requirements.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields and 5 years of related professional experience.
- Master’s degree and/or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields with 2-3 years of experience.
