About the role

This role involves ensuring product continuity for SPS, controllers, and various AI products after mass production, managing their lifecycle, resolving production and package issues, and improving COGS.

What you'll do

• Oversee mass production assembly line readiness and manufacturing execution across internal factories and subcons for high-volume AI Products.
• Monitor and resolve manufacturing issues, collaborating with fab, assembly, and test sites.
• Improve product COGS and optimize processes such as Yield, Volume, and Test Time.
• Manage and mitigate risks in MRB / PCRB by supporting product qualifications, second-source/material changes, and process migrations.
• Interface with Operation, QA, Reliability, Factory, and OSAT teams.

What you'll need

• Proven track record of Package Development execution and/or Assembly line introduction for high volume mass production manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in package development and process engineering.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Physics, Materials or related fields.
• Experience in product ramp execution, bill of material readiness equipment capacity planning, and process optimization.
• Experience in CuClip thin die assembly processes and SPS solder attach processes.
• Proficient in Data manipulation and analysis skill.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JMP, PDF Exenso.
