About the role

This role leads system design for HBF-based products serving mobile and datacenter applications within the Emerging Technology Solutions group. Work centers on NAND Flash products for AI infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Define product electrical specs and requirements.
• Define product thermal and power specs and requirements.
• Define testing and debugging infrastructure and corresponding specs.
• Lead system integration tasks.
• Develop products in the Emerging Technology Solutions group.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in EE, ECE, E&I, VLSI, or other relevant field.
• 13+ years (BS), 10+ years (MS), or 8+ years (PhD) of experience in NAND flash-based or related system design.
• Knowledge of programming in high-level languages including C, C++, or Python.
• Experience in FW or FW verification.
• Familiarity with debug, testing, and peripheral interfaces including JTAG, UART, I2C, I3C, and SMBus.

Nice to have

• Experience with flows and toolchains for system characterization and production testing.
• Knowledge of AI server hardware/software frameworks.
• Knowledge of LLM algorithm.
• Familiarity with PCIe, Toggle Mode/ONFI, and other high-speed interfaces.
