About the role
As Sr. Staff Engineer, Product Test Engineering, you will drive the development and optimization of ATE test solutions for integrated circuits, supporting product ramp-up and high-volume manufacturing. This role is responsible for improving production yield and reducing test costs while ensuring high standards of product quality and reliability.
What you'll do
- Design and develop automated test equipment and bench test solutions (hardware and software) for product characterization, qualification, and production of integrated circuits.
- Qualify products for mass production and ensure products meet specifications and exceed quality goals.
- Debug and analyze product returns.
- Develop scripts and tools for pattern generation, data parsing, yield analysis, and production support.
- Support production facilities for early production and product ramps.
- Evaluate and develop high-efficiency test methodologies for new IPs, and optimize existing test flows and processes.
What you'll need
- BSEE with around 12 years of experience as a Test Engineer or Product and Test Engineer.
- Experience on industry-standard Automated Test Equipment.
- Experience in Mixed-Signal or RF ATE Techniques.
- Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing Test Processes.
- Strong understanding of ATE Test Programming principles.
- Hardware design knowledge of LB/Probe Card.
- Good knowledge of statistical methods and process control.
- Good software development skills, primarily focusing on C and Perl.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools.
Nice to have
- Cohu Unison platform (Diamond 10/Diamond X) experience.
- Advantest 93K experience.
