About the role
This role involves technical leadership and design of power management circuits for Renesas Electronics.
What you'll do
- Interpret requirement specifications to develop system and design strategies for power management products.
- Lead major block designs and guide them through to production.
- Design, simulate, and supervise layout of CMOS power management circuits.
- Take ownership for complex block designs, delegating tasks and reviewing work as needed.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new circuits and ensure designs meet specifications.
- Lead lab evaluation in collaboration with Applications Engineers.
What you'll need
- 8-15 years relevant experience.
- Advanced training, study, and experience for complex technical projects.
- Ability to select appropriate methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
- Ability to solve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Experience leading and coordinating significant projects, programs, and initiatives.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English.
