What you'll do
- Research, design, and implement novel methods for efficient Generative AI training and inference
- Design algorithmic model optimization and training methods including quantization, sparsity, and parallelism strategies
- Publish innovative work
- Collaborate with other team members and teams
What you'll need
- PhD or master’s degree in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field
- Experience in optimizing and accelerating NLP/Generative AI models
- Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, deep learning, or machine learning
- Strong coding skills in Python
Nice to have
- Project experience with generative tasks. Familiarity with PyTorch/JAX/ONNX/TensorFlow
- Experience working with linear scaling of large language models and training at scale
- Project experience with model compression, quantization, and end-to-end inference optimization
- C/C++ coding skills
- Academic paper writing and technical innovation skills
- Publications at conferences such as NeuRIPS, CVPR, ECCV/ICCV, ICML, ICLR
- Experience with LLMs, Large Multi-modal models, stable diffusion, or text-to-video generation
