Originally posted 13 August 2026 by the employer.

This role focuses on the design and development of RF, analog, and mixed-signal IC solutions for mobile handset applications.

About the role

This role is focused on the design and development of RF, analog, and mixed-signal IC solutions for advanced mobile handset applications, supporting integration, silicon validation, and product-level performance improvements.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop RF ICs including LNAs, drivers, and RF switches in CMOS and SOI technologies.
  • Design analog and mixed-signal support blocks such as bandgaps, charge pumps, LDOs, level shifters, OpAmps, and bias/control circuits.
  • Support RF integration into multi-chip modules, including large-signal analysis and EM simulation.
  • Contribute to device characterization, measurement troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of RF and analog design issues.
  • Translate product and system requirements into clear design specifications and implementation plans.
  • Present design reviews including expected performance, simulation results, silicon results, risks, and mitigation plans.

What you'll need

  • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in RF/analog IC design, mixed-signal circuit design, or related semiconductor product development.
  • Proven silicon tape-out experience and strong ownership of designs from concept through validation.
  • Experience designing with Cadence, ADS, and HFSS or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of RF design techniques, layout effects, EM-aware design, and practical tradeoffs in integrated RF circuits.
  • Experience with measurements and characterization.
  • Good understanding of device physics, especially tradeoffs for analog circuitry.

Nice to have

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering in Analog/RF IC design.

Skills: RF ICs, LNAs, RF switches, CMOS and SOI, Cadence, ADS, HFSS
