What you'll do
- Utilize inline RDA Inspection equipment and processes to troubleshoot and inspect.
- Develop software to improve and monitor line health.
- Develop inspection techniques, recipes, and applications to quantify wafer fabrication performance.
- Detect problems and make changes to improve data collection and wafer fabrication.
- Support experimentation, data analysis, and baseline health metrics.
- Partner with process integration, process development, data science, and yield analysis engineers.
