About the role
As a Sr. Product Manager, you will identify and bring new photonics test instruments and solutions to market. This role focuses on enabling cost-effective testing of emerging photonic IC technologies.
What you'll do
- Identify new product and solution opportunities in cooperation with customers and partners.
- Perform market research and create business cases for prospective products and solutions.
- Lead and drive New Product Introductions, maximizing revenue growth and minimizing time-to-market.
- Create and maintain a product and solutions roadmap.
- Interpret customer requirements and identify optimal solutions to meet those needs.
- Promote existing and new products to customers in person, at trade shows and online sales presentations.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Photonics or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in a product management role.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing new products and solutions to market.
- Deep expertise in Photonics & High-Speed I/O test and measurement solutions.
- Strong network of optical communication customers world-wide.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
- A Masters Degree.
- Knowledge of PXI test solutions.
