About the role
The primary responsibility is to bring new products from tapeout to mass production, designing characterization and testing plans while resolving technical issues with R&D and manufacturing teams. The role covers product introduction, ramp-up, and yield improvement for image sensors and ASIC devices.
What you'll do
- Own assigned products and participate in product definition while providing DFM inputs. - Lead product introduction and ramp-up for image sensors and ASIC devices. - Analyze yield and drive corrective actions for yield improvements. - Drive characterization to finalize the product datasheet. - Co-work with testing engineers to develop, verify, and release testing programs at CP or FT. - Maintain and sustain technical support for existing products to meet performance requirements.
What you'll need
- Experience bringing products from tapeout to mass production and designing characterization/testing plans. - Experience with product definition, DFM inputs, and finalizing product datasheets. - Experience developing, verifying, and releasing testing programs at CP or FT. - Background in yield analysis and driving yield improvements.
Nice to have
- 4-6 yrs of Product Engineering experience in image sensor or memory (flash, SRAM, DRAM) or ASIC products. - Familiarity with silicon process. - Master's Degree in EE or Physics, or a related field. - Mandarin speaking proficiency (both spoken and written).
