About the role
This role involves sustaining and optimizing existing products to ensure stable production, improved yield, quality, and cost efficiency. You will lead root cause investigations for product issues and drive corrective actions across sites, including customer-related concerns, for semiconductor power devices like IGBT, DIODE, Si/SiC MOSFET.
What you'll do
- Drive sustaining support for existing products to keep production stable, improve yield and quality, and reduce cost.
- Lead product issue investigations by identifying root cause and implementing corrective actions across all sites.
- Monitor product performance by analyzing data (FT, probe, reliability, CZ) to identify trends, variations, and risks.
- Manage product changes as the Product Engineering owner, ensuring coordination, documentation, and timely release.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and technical requests.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance yield, optimize testing, and reduce costs.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years working experience in semiconductor Product Engineering, Test Engineering, or related field.
- Good understanding of semiconductor power devices like IGBT, DIODE, Si/SiC MOSFET.
- Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing process flow, including fab, assembly, and test operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to perform data analysis and apply structured root cause methodology.
- Experience in tools such as Exensio, Minitab/JMP, Excel, or equivalent.
