What you'll do

What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of hardware engineering experience; OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of hardware engineering experience; OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with silicon bring-up and high-volume manufacturing
- Knowledge of VLSI design, semiconductor device physics, computer processor systems, CMOS, Analog, and Mixed Signal circuits (ADC, DAC, PLL, Codecs) and their performance measurements
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in computer engineering and/or Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics Eng or related field
- Experience with ATE test platforms, Advantest 93K SOC test systems, design for test (DFT) techniques and structural tests such as Scan/ATPG, JTAG, and memory BIST, testing CPUs
- Experience with testing Advanced package technologies
- Proficiency in C/C++, Perl, JMP
