About the role
This role involves leading the implementation of onsemi strategies and managing technology development platform projects within the PSG business group. It requires continual interaction with internal and external stakeholders to align project outputs with evolving needs.
What you'll do
- Oversee Technology Development Platform Proliferations and collaborate with Technology Development program managers.
- Define and manage project requirements with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project change requests, assessing impact and securing execution approval.
- Create schedules in MS Project and perform risk analyses using onsemi program management tools.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve successful problem resolution outcomes and maintain project schedules.
- Monitor and deliver project execution according to plan, including regular program risk management.
What you'll need
- Semiconductor process, device/package, and/or development engineering experience.
- Minimum 8 years of project and program management experience.
- Experience in New Product Development, particularly in Power Module.
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Hands-on wafer fab processing, product engineering, and/or development experience (10+ years).
- Waterfall project management methodologies, tools, and capabilities.
- Strong statistical process control and experiment design knowledge.
- Broad, cross-functional experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience with integrations and divestitures.
