About the role

This role involves supporting the development, characterization, qualification, and manufacturing enablement of Power Management IC (PMIC) technologies.

What you'll do

  • Support PMIC technology development and product qualification.
  • Perform silicon characterization, data analysis, and performance evaluation.
  • Investigate reliability, yield, and failure analysis issues.
  • Collaborate with design, product, test, and reliability teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Contribute to process optimization, technology benchmarking, and silicon validation.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience; OR Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field and 1+ year of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience; OR PhD in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on PMIC experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with BCDMOS, HV CMOS, Smart Power, or related power technologies.
  • Experience in reliability engineering, failure analysis, or yield improvement.
  • Knowledge of SPICE simulation, silicon validation, TCAD simulation, layout, and data analysis tools.
  • Advanced CMOS technology development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of active and passive device design and characterization.
  • Experience with ESD, latch-up, and safe operating area (SOA) characterization.
  • Experience in process and device reliability evaluation, including HCI, NBTI, GOI, TDDB, HTOL, HTRB, and related reliability assessments.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and process optimization.
  • Experience with layout, physical verification, and TCAD simulation.
  • Experience in PMIC technology, design, validation, characterization, or product development.
  • Understanding of basic analog/mixed-signal circuits, power management fundamentals, semiconductor device.
  • Exposure to advanced CMOS technology development.
