About the role
This role involves leading and scaling a Software Quality Assurance (SW QA) organization within a SoC development team, supporting multiple power product lines.
What you'll do
- Lead, scale, and inspire SW QA teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Define quality KPIs and an automation roadmap leveraging testing frameworks.
- Oversee resource planning, hiring, and management of HW assets for SW and system testing.
- Develop and execute a quality strategy to improve software reliability.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering.
- 14+ years’ experience in Software Test Design, including a minimum of 5 years as a manager.
- Deep expertise working with Squish, Selenium, or other test automation framework.
- Technical expertise in Python, Java or other modern object-oriented language.
- Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD practices.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with electronics.
