About the role
This role involves leading market-facing strategy and customer engagement for DC-DC power modules. You will play a critical role in shaping product direction, winning key customers, and accelerating growth in high-impact markets such as data center, AI infrastructure, and industrial systems.
What you'll do
- Define and execute technical marketing strategy for DC-DC power module portfolios.
- Act as the voice of the customer, translating system-level requirements into clear product definitions and actionable roadmaps.
- Lead and work closely with R&D teams to influence architecture, feature prioritization, and performance targets.
- Drive design-in and design-win activities with key customers by providing deep technical engagement and system-level guidance.
- Deliver hands-on application support, including converter design guidance, simulation, lab validation, and debugging.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry conferences, and technical forums.
What you'll need
- Master’s degree or Ph.D in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in power electronics with strong hands-on expertise in switching converter design (buck, boost, multiphase, resonant/LLC, etc.).
- Expertise in DC-DC power modules, POL converters, or power management ICs.
- Experience in control loop design, magnetics, and system-level power architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and debug hardware in the lab.
- Strong understanding of end systems (data center/AI, networking, industrial, or automotive power architectures).
- Proven track record of customer engagement and influencing technical decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience in applications engineering within a semiconductor company or power converter, power module design in system/power Company.
- Familiarity with high-density power module integration, advanced packaging, and thermal design.
- Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., PMBus, VR specifications, OCP, automotive AEC-Q standards).
- Experience supporting hyperscale or Tier-1 customers.
